Khadijah was the guest on Sinar FM and spoke for nearly two hours while the station featured her music. She touched on her plans for future concerts and recordings, on her restaurant Khadijah's Kitchen, and the recent award of her Datukship from the Sultan of Pahang.

Khadijah was one of the artists at a special concert to create awareness of the plight of the Palestinian people, especially in light of the recent catastrophe in Gaza. The concert was the brainchild of Dr Wan Zawawi whose idea was to combine a few established artists well-known for their social commitment with rising stars of the thriving indie scene. Besides Khadijah the concert featured songs by Hattan, Kopratasa and M Nasir, as well as a host of indie performers such as Tony Leo, Rendra and Hameer Zawawi, Izzy Mohamed, Nick Davis, Najwa, Milli'z, Azyml Yunor and Dr Wan Zawawi. The concert played to a full house in RTM's Auditorium Perdana and was broadcast live on RTM2.

Khadijah made an appearance on TV3's flagship morning show Malaysia Hari Ini. She spoke about her recent concerts at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS as well as her newly-issued double-CD Album Mutiara. Looking forward, Khadijah spoke of plans to release a live album of the DFP's concerts and to appear at Singapore's Esplanade next year. Khadijah sang "Situasi".

More than 30 members of the print and broadcast media attended and had an opportunity to interact with Khadijah and Ramli Sarip speaking about preparations for the concerts. Interviewed by Elaine Daly and Sharifah Aleya, Khadijah focused on preparations for her forthcoming concerts at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS and reported that ticket sales had been very encouraging.
